ARCANA Support
Start free, unlock once
The iPhone app downloads free with daily guidance and introductory learning. ARCANA Complete is an optional one-time non-consumable in-app unlock (US price $2.99; your store displays the local price), with no subscription or third-party ads. Complete unlocks the full journeys, in-depth lessons and unlimited practice and House of Fate tools. Journals and backups remain accessible without purchase. The website remains free. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between stores.
Open ARCANA Complete · Unlock or restore to purchase or use Restore Purchases with the same store account. If a price is temporarily unavailable, keep exploring the free features and retry the store connection later. Store purchase and refund questions belong with the store that processed the transaction. Restoring a purchase restores Complete ownership; it does not restore private journals or progress without a suitable data backup. Do not uninstall or clear data as a first troubleshooting step.
Offline study
The app includes the Signature, historical Gallery and Rider–Waite–Smith card artwork, lessons, games and seal illustrations. Fresh source passages and external websites need internet access. Add personal card photographs from Cards. The separate free website offers its own offline download controls.
Protect your journal
Use Export JSON backup and save the file somewhere you control. Restore merges valid journal backups. App and website journals are separate. Before moving between different app packages, first export from the old app and check the imported backup. Do not uninstall the old app until the backup is verified. Learning progress and imported personal photographs may require separate backups and are not automatically transferred by journal import.
