Marketplace privacy

Your account
A&A uses Supabase for account authentication and the marketplace database. Your login email and authentication data are used to maintain your account. Your browser stores your signed-in session so you can return without signing in each time.
What is public
Published profiles, profile names, biographies, specialties, cities, portfolio image links, project briefs, organization names, budgets, dates, and community posts and replies are visible to visitors. Share only information you intend to publish. Unpublished profiles are visible to their owner and authorized service administrators.
Private communications
Project proposals and their conversation messages are available to the applicant, the project owner, and authorized service administrators. Direct inquiries include the reply email you provide and are available to you and the receiving creative. They may contact that email to discuss your inquiry. Reports are available to authorized service administrators.
Hosting and outside links
Render hosts this website. Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate their services. Google Fonts and esm.sh deliver fonts and application code; your browser connects to those services. Portfolio images load from the external HTTPS addresses their authors provide. Following outside links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can unpublish your profile, close a project listing, and delete your own discussion posts. To request account deletion, a copy of your records, correction, or removal of other content, contact shawnvb@artistsandarchitects.org. Avoid sending sensitive information through public listings or discussions.
Payments
The free launch does not collect card information or process project payments. Participants arrange their engagements directly.
